Registration rules - terms and conditions

  1. The closing date for registration is the last Friday before a course commences.
  2. Cheques can be mailed to the Centre for Conveyancing Practice, PO Box 74047, Lynnwood Ridge, 0040, or handed over upon arrival on the first morning before a course commences.
  3. No course material will be supplied unless proof of payment or all postdated cheques have been received.
  4. Unfortunately, no monthly instalments or credit card facilities are available.
  5. Your registration for a course can be postponed until later in the year or to the following year if it is not possible for you to attend a particular course.
  6. If you cancel a course, a cancellation fee of R250 will be charged in addition to the cost of the study material, namely R3,500.
  7. Course material which has been opened will not be accepted for a refund or exchanged for material in the other language.
  8. The Centre for Conveyancing Practice reserves the right to cancel any course at any venue if insufficient entries are received, or for any reason whatever. In such a case, and if your notes have already been mailed, your registration fee will be refunded minus R3,500, the cost of the notes.
